Refund Request
This form is to request a refund for cash ticket sales only.  We are currently unable to offer cash refunds, therefore we will transfer the refund direct to your account.  You must complete all the required information in order for your request to be processed and the information you submit must match the booking details we have.  Once your claim has been verified, we aim to process your refund within 3 working days.  Please submit a seperate request for each booking.  If you have any questions, please contact us prior to making your request.
