Projects 2012

The Civic Arts Centre is involved in a number of local projects including events being planned for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the Olympic Weekend. Through the Olympic connection the Arts Centre is also a key player in the Blaze project which is part of the national Cultural Olympiad.

One of the Arts Centre's main aims is to enable young people to create drama productions and there are a lot of shows currently in production. The two we are able to highlight here are just a small fraction of the plans that we have for 2012.
